Our sanctuary space is available for weddings, music recitals, religious services or other gatherings. The space features classic Arts and Crafts architecture, a Steinway piano, full sound system, and video broadcasting capabilities via FaceBook or Zoom are available at additional cost.

Host policies

1. Parking - Please be respectful of our neighbors. On-street parking is your only option and it is important not to block driveways. 2. All trash must be bagged and placed in the appropriate large trash receptacles located on the curb on 45th Street. Please keep trash​/​ recycling​/​ organics separate and deposited in the correct containers. 3. No food product is to be left behind. An additional cleaning fee may be applied if food is left. 4. Any items used in the kitchen must be washed and returned to the drawer​/​cupboard. An additional cleaning fee may be applied if this request is not met. 5. Any appliances that are used must be turned off. 6. All lights must be turned off. 7. Any furniture that is moved must be returned to its original place. Please do not drag furniture over wooden floors. Please use chair carts when moving chairs to prevent damage to wooden floors. 8. If the gym is used for an athletic event the floors must be swept afterward. 9. Please follow lock-up procedures posted at each exit. All doors must be locked when you exit the building. Violation of this procedure could result in immediate cancellation of your contract. 10. We are a SMOKE-FREE building. Please provide outside ash containers for your guests. 11. No open-flamed items such as candles are to be used in building.
